Beibang (born in 1982) is an illustrator who lives and works in Shanghai, and is an active member of the art scenes in both Shanghai and Beijing . 

Once a top class cutting-edge designer, he is a pioneer in the illustration field in China.
His complex yet delicate drawing style has made him a distinct icon among the post-80s’ generation of emerging artists.
His works construct a unique aesthetics of line art, which gradually extracts the unadorned oriental characters. 
He is devoted to making black and white line art, and has remained loyal to this drawing style over the years. In today’s commercialized, diversified society, such persistence and determination are rare and precious.

北邦，1982年生人，自由畫家，線體藝術家，現居於上海。

中國插畫創作領域的先鋒人物，曾經國內首屈一指的新銳設計師。
目前致力於黑白線體藝術的創作，活躍於上海，北京等城市。

 其作品構建出一種獨特的線體美學，逐漸凝練出樸實無華，富於東方情結的藝術秉性。
繁複縝密的畫風已然成為80後新生代藝術家中別具一格的一面旗幟。
多年來他始終暢遊於黑白線條之間，在喧鬧浮誇的今天，如此質樸純粹的堅持，沉著踏實的心態更見奇貞。
